For certain positions, there is a requirement to complete a test assignment, based on which the manager evaluates the skills and determines whether to proceed with an interview, or if there is a need to further improve the skills and try again in the future. Following the test assignment, we conduct a maximum of 2 interviews, after which we make the final decision.
